Hijacks Preferences / Unable to Fully Uninstall

After experiencing some of the same frustrations as other reviewers (hijacking preferences, freezing, no audio), the final insult was being unable to fully uninstall the app. After uninstalling (supposedly) every video still shows a “download” drop-down box which often gets in the way of an “X” for closing a window, or other needed options. When you click the “download” tab (hopefully to get rid of it), the webpage jumps to an error page. Very invasive and very frustrating.

Be wary of any software that leaves traces on your MAC after uninstalling, especially if it affects your daily operations!
